At Vastramay, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our easy returns and exchanges ensure a stress-free shopping experience. Here’s a guide to our policies:

Order Cancellations
  • To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team before it ships
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, but you can initiate a return (with a small processing fee of Rs. 99/-).
  • Please note that custom-made orders are tailored just for you, so they’re not eligible for cancellations.
COD Policy

We offer Partial COD to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.

  1. Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) need to pay a Rs. 150/- prepaid amount at the time of order placement.
  2. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
  3. In case of a return, the refund will be processed as per our return policy, excluding the Rs. 150/- prepaid amount, which is non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges Process
  1. Request Initiation – Submit your return/exchange request within two days of delivery. Our team will contact you the next working day to verify the conditions.
  2. Approval & Pickup – After verification, we’ll schedule a pickup within 48 hours.
  3. Exchange Dispatch – For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped the day after we pick up the return.
  4. Quality Check & Refund – Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. If it passes the quality check, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
  5. Return Conditions:
  • The item must have all brand tags intact.
  • It should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Please note – An unboxing video is required as proof for missing or wrong items must be reported within 24 working hours of delivery with video evidence. Without it, we may not process such claims

  3. Returns can be requested within 2 days of delivery only.
  4. Rs. 99/- pickup fee applies to return orders.
  5. Please note that some items cannot be returned or exchanged, this includes:
  • Limited offer sale items
  • Buy 1 Get 1 offer items.
  • Custom-made products
  • Masks
  • Pet clothing
  • Personalized items.
  • International orders
Exchange Policy
  • You can exchange your order within 2 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is allowed for any available style on our website.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference via a payment link.
  • If the new item costs less, you’ll receive the remaining amount as Store Credit (valid for 1 year).
  • If you return an exchanged product, you’ll get Store Credit for the invoice value (valid for 1 year).
Store Credit
  • Store credits are sent to you as a Gift Card Code via email.
  • Use it at checkout under ‘Use Discount Code or Gift Card.’
  •   Valid for 1 year, for one-time use, and cannot be reissued.
